It never invents experience
A different resume
for every job you apply to
Paste the posting. Your own .docx comes back rewritten for that role in about 40 seconds. Same fonts, same layout.

The whole thing, start to finish
Every step, from your resume to a sent application
Upload once, paste a posting, tick the gaps you genuinely have, and send it with the tailored file attached.
What you get back
Four things, every single time
Your .docx
Edits land in your own file. Formatting intact.
An ATS copy
Flat and parser-safe, generated alongside it.
A recruiter email
Signed off from your own resume header.
Honest gaps
What the posting wants that you can't back up.
How it works
Three steps, no forms to fill
Upload your resume
The real one, with your own formatting. Once. It stays on your account for every job after this.
Paste the job description
Straight from the posting. It reads the requirements, the recruiter's address and the role itself.
Download and send
Tailored file, ATS-safe copy, and an email already written to the person hiring.
Why it's different
Built for the part that actually loses interviews
Your file, not a template
Edits are written into your document itself, so your layout, fonts and spacing survive. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch and nothing comes back looking generic.
It never invents experience
A requirement your resume can't support is reported back to you, not quietly written in as a bullet. That rule holds in every mode.
Two separate scores
Keyword coverage against the posting, and a structural score read from the file itself. A resume can contain every keyword and still be unreadable to a parser.
An ATS-safe second copy
A flat, parser-friendly version of the same resume, generated every time. Send the styled one to a human and this one to a portal.
A drafted recruiter email
Written from the posting and your resume, with the sign-off built from your own header. Your name, your number. It promises nothing your resume doesn't say.
It attaches the file in Gmail
A free Chrome extension puts the tailored .docx into the compose window. That is the one thing a mail link cannot carry.
In development
The application gets you the call. This is the call.
A recruiter rings about a job you tailored for. Your laptop listens on speaker, writes down what is being asked, and answers from that exact resume while they are still talking.
One tap. No email, no form, and it signs you up for nothing.
The one thing it refuses to do
It will not write experience you don't have. A requirement your resume can't back up comes back to you as a gap. Never as a fabricated bullet. Tick the ones you genuinely have but never wrote down, and even then the claim goes to your summary and skills, never into a bullet under a past employer where it would date itself to a job you can be asked about.
ATS readability
Why a good resume still fails a parser
Most applications are read by a parser before a person sees them, and the things that make a resume look designed are the things that break it: two-column layouts, text boxes, tables holding the whole page, a name that lives inside an image. None of it is visible as a problem. The resume looks fine to you and arrives empty to them.
Every upload is checked for exactly those structures and scored, and the flat companion copy exists so there is always a version that survives.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
Will it change my formatting?
No. Edits are written into your existing document rather than a new one, so your fonts, spacing and layout come back as they were. The one exception is a sentence with bold in the middle of it. Replacing that can flatten the bold, and the app tells you when it has.
Will it invent experience I don't have?
No, and that's enforced rather than hoped for. Anything the posting wants that your resume can't support is listed as a gap. If you genuinely have the skill and never wrote it down, you tick it yourself. It then goes to your summary and skills, never into a bullet under a past employer.
What files does it take?
Word .docx. That's deliberate: the whole point is editing your real document, and a PDF would have to be rebuilt, which is how resumes come back looking like everyone else's.
Do my credits expire?
No. Packs are one-time, they don't renew, and nothing lapses. A resume is charged only when one is actually produced. Failed runs, mismatch warnings and rebuilds are free.
What happens to my resume?
It's stored against your account so you can reuse it, and it is never shown to anyone else. Deleting your account deletes the files themselves, not just the rows pointing at them. The privacy policy is the long version.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
No. Every application gives you compose links that work in any mail client. The extension only adds the attachment step, which a link can't do.
